The CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR will be trained on being able to use scripted dialogue to assist these customers but having strong customer service skills and clinical background in the medical industry is a plus. In addition, this CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR will be able to work remotely and is standard first-shift hours. DUTIES 
• Reach out to local facilities to discuss medical inventory levels
• Track inventory levels at each facility and gather numbers
• Enter inventory levels in the database and provide reports to Project Manager
• Update client and vendor information in company database 
• Additional Data Entry and Clerical tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• 1+ years' in Customer Service or B2B Customer Service experience
• Industry experience in Medical roles or Clinical experience a plus!
• Ability to work remotely; equipment will be provided to candidates
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
