Job Description


Kforce has a client that is seeking several Customer Service Representatives for their call center in Lake Forest, California (CA).

Job Summary:
This position would be responsible for incoming and outgoing conversations with existing clients and field representatives as well as editing customer's data according to guidelines and rules. Calls are generally friendly in nature, but do require some tact as we are dealing with multiple businesses, owners, technicians, and office workers.

This position takes an average volume of phone calls (40-50 in a day) with some phone scripting involved. The position also enters data based off incoming faxes, emails, and other sources - as well as phone calls. Other duties for this position include, but are not limited to appointment confirmation and quality control. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Requirements


  • Must possess a valid High School diploma or equivalent

  • Should have at least 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience

  • Ability to speak over the phone constantly

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Faster learner in fast paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Clear consistent speech

  • Use of a computer; including typing, reading and interpreting documentation

  • Problem solving and concept manipulation

  • Must be able to sit for 8 hours
