Skills / Knowledge Qualifications:
Enterprise level VoIP Deployment experience
Enterprise level VoIP Transformation / Migration experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Cisco VoIP, Avaya VoIP, or other enterprise level VoIP systems
Lync or Skype for Business experience
Troubleshooting VoIP Implementations
Detailed understanding of VoIP and IP Telephony
Must be able to communicate effectively with Microsoft Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook
Attention to detail
Large Scale Deployments of VoIP
Multiple simultaneous VoIP Transformation Projects
Experience as a consultant
UC Voice Engineers to preform UC Voice Engineering related tasks with Microsoft Skype for Business on Global Real Estate Company Separation in accordance with client-IT Unified Communication Voice Engineering standards.
Attend assigned site transformation Project Meetings, and gather data required for technical voice design for the Microsoft Skype for Business Back office solution in support of site transformation projects (Working on as many as 30 projects at one time for 200- 3000 end users per project)
Provide UC Voice Engineering technical designs for the Microsoft Skype for Business Back office solution for site transformation projects in accordance with client-IT UC Voice Engineering standards.
Provide required UC Voice Engineering approved Hardware Bill of Materials for local site equipment and phones in support of Company Separation site transformation projects.
Provide required UC Voice Engineering approved quotes from approved Telecommunications providers for Local voice trunking and phone numbers for the Microsoft Skype for Business Back office solution when required for site transformation projects in accordance with UC Voice Engineering standards.
Provide required UC Voice Engineering design documentation for Voice configurations for the Microsoft Skype for Business Back office solution required by client in support of site transformation projects.
Provide general Voice troubleshooting and escalation support in association with GRE-IT site transformation projects including troubleshooting issues with carriers
Provide consulting and support to Voice Operations where necessary related to implementation of technical design
Report to UC Voice Engineering Lead on any complications and general project status weekly.
And other general UC Voice Engineering tasks as assigned.
