ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated organizational WIZARD with a keen eye for detail who is ready to become a vital player in a rapidly growing company. You hate a mess (your closet is color-coded), and you are able to bring order to chaos. Proactive, communicative, and self-disciplined, you naturally tend to follow up and follow through. POSITION SUMMARY
Efficiently manage and carry out daily operations. Provide support to the leadership team for special project coordination, execution, and implementation. This role is fluid and entails a dynamic range of duties designed to help the company capitalize on present and future opportunities.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Office Administration
- Manage the team calendar.
- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, replying to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and file documents, in both physical and digital formats.
- Keep track of office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
- Maintain office, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Ensure effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
Project Coordination
- Assist with day-to-day project management tasks.
- Maintain project documentation and files.
- Coordinate project logistics, managing implementation and timeliness of deliverables.
- Schedules meetings, prepares reports, and communicates updates to project stakeholders.
- Example projects include office work-space planning and new store openings.

- COMMUNICATION: Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting interactions to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Delivers information clearly and succinctly, while also listening attentively.
- ADAPTABILITY: Must be extremely flexible to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapidly changing environment to create a positive outcome. Embraces the dynamic nature of a growing company, approaching each day as a new adventure. Comfortable working non-traditional hours to accommodate the variable schedules of a retail environment.

- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ability to assess customer needs. Demonstrates skill in handling internal and external customer requests, complaints, and suggestions while maintaining a positive attitude.

- LEADERSHIP: Ability to gain the respect of others and influence contacts in alternative problem resolutions. Models behaviors that support the vision and values of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Position Location: The position is based in our Houston office. It is not a remote role. Ability to travel occasionally to store locations in Houston, DFW, San Antonio, Austin, and New Braunfels as business needs require (infrequently).
- Education: High school
- Experience:2+ years of demonstrated experience in office administration, project management, or customer service in real estate firm or property management preferred.
- Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent oral and written English communication skills, time-management, planning and organization skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to use electronic databases to manage complex projects effectively – proficient in excel, word and power point application.
- Physical Conditions: Must possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to hear and speak clearly in person and on the telephone. Regularly requires repetitive motion of wrists, finger dexterity and visual acuity for computer work. Occasionally required to reach, kneel, bend or stoop. Occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds. May require walking on unfinished floors, and locations under construction. Must be able to transport boxes, move furniture and small equipment.

COMPENSATION:
This role is a full-time salaried position with bonus potential and growth opportunity. MY SALON Suite Texas provides team members with a full suite of benefits including health, dental, and vision. A 401K is available, as are paid personal days. Team member must have access to reliable transportation and must reside in Houston, Texas.
