Beacon Hill Legal Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with supervisory experience for a high level Case Manager opportunity with a mid-sized California based law firm. The position is currently remote but will become on-site (Los Angeles or San Francisco) at a future point.


  1. Paralegal Certification (California Business and Professional Code Sect. 6450 compliant).
  2. 10+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe tools and typical software: Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity (or similar), CaseNotebook (or similar), Billing tools and case management tools.
  4. Supervisory experience!


  1. Work with Firm attorneys, clients and professionals on a wide range of litigation matters.
  2. Provide guidance for case support professionals and organization support to the Firm's matters. May have some supervisory duties relating to other staff.
  3. Perform billable tasks associated with case organization, discovery, trial preparation and trial/arbitration.
  4. Cite Checking in California Style Manual preferred.
  5. Trial experience required. Candidates must have attended and been the lead paralegal in trials in Federal or State Court.
