Seeking to employ a self-motivated, innovative Senior Chemist in the Research and Development Department to plan and conduct projects independently and as part of a team to contribute in the further growth of the company.
The chemist will be responsible for:
Research and development of new products, improvement and modification of existing formulations.
Scale-up of new formulations in pilot plant and manufacturing.
Evaluate new incoming raw materials.
Assist manufacturing department.
Work with Sales Department to introduce and commercialize new products.
Analyze data and prepare Technical Laboratory reports.
Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality.

B.S. or higher degree with focus on or background in Materials Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or Organic Chemistry is required.
A minimum of 5 years experience with hands on formulating and testing of adhesives based on epoxies, urethanes, or other polymeric materials, and successful commercialization of adhesives products is required.
Candidate must be self-starter, quickly grasp new technologies, work well with minimal supervision, with good verbal and communication skills.
