Title: Japanese BilingualSystem Support Specialist
Classification: Exempt
Department: Information Systems  
Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Work hour: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Our client is looking for a System SupportSpecialist.
This position is responsible for overseeing information systemsactivities
The candidate needs to be bilingual in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer requests for software and hardware support throughout the company
  • Perform preventative maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors
  • Troubleshoot hardware problems and diagnosing problems
  • Responds to queries via chat, email, or phone
  • Provides technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
  • Follows up with employees to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Remove viruses, malware, and other damaging programs from software Remotely accesses hardware or software for employees to make changes and fix problems

Qualifications:

  • Japanese language skills is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in Computer Science or related field
  • Work Experience Two or more years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing PC problems, network repairs and analysis and customer service
