Small factory in Pinellas Park, is seeking a fulltime Customer Service Associate who is career minded, and has the ability to work the hours of MF 8:30Am 5:00 PM. The position is Temp to hire.
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee daily Customer Service duties to include communicating with dealers, intercompany partners and end users
  • Assist with order placement, measuring End Users and order processing of new products, parts orders, warranties and return authorizations
  • Follow up on Customer Service issues/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on build dates for past due orders and notify Customers
  • Act as information source for dealers, customers and intercompany in the area of product and service
  • Assist Marketing Manager with the creation of user/owner manuals, creation of parts manuals, order forms and literature
  • Coordination of dealer training and upcoming events
  • Check orders for full information needed and fax or call for any necessary clarification
  • Rewrite orders for shop and place orders into production as needed (requires product knowledge)
  • Assure accuracy and on time delivery on all part orders
  • Assist in developing parts orders - Determining prices for dealer and intercompany
  • Bid proposals for V.A. centers, international dealers and domestic dealers
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate dealer transaction flow including order entry, shipping, and returns
  • Train end users on proper operating procedures and assists in training techniques
  • Handles phone referrals to dealers
  • Use of formal problem-solving procedures
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within designated area
  • Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
  • Additional duties as requested or required
Qualified candidates should meet the following:

  • Demonstrate the ability to build ongoing and longlasting customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work and strategize with vendors and customers.
  • Proven ability to achieve established objectives and performance goals.
  • Highly motivated individual who is a selfstarter and can work independently.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliability in following through with assignments and instructions
  • Make sure that your day to day responsibilities are fulfilled and that you actively listen to
  • instructions present to you by leadership so that you can be certain you are executing
  • effectively.
  • Reliability in attendance and punctuality
  • Be here, on time, and ready to work.
  • No absences for the first 90 days!
