You'll be MOST successful here if you:
Have previous success in staffing, ideally 2+ years as a Recruiter in an agency or in-house.
Have experience placing talent with backgrounds in administrative, executive, and support positions.
Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
Are eager and excited to work as a Recruiter
Understanding of the full recruitment life cycle process (managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate)
Ability to communicate, interact, influence and negotiate with external candidates
Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
Complete and regularly update all candidate tracking and internal communication on the HR/Recruiting dashboard
Utilizes systems and processes to track and support metrics for internal stakeholders
Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Manage administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring, including but not limited to opening and routing
