Project Administrator/Project Support Specialist

Company relies on our Project Administrators
to provide logistical and data management support to our project management teams. Our Project Administrators are involved with both multiple customers and multiple projects. Project Administrators primarily interact with our internal project teams and other internal departments and have some interaction with customers for escalation responsibilities and with Vendor Partners for project support responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesProject Administration
including material procurement and tracking, support in the Change Management process, assisting with project documentation, contributing to the invoicing efforts for each project, assisting team with management of project deliverables, lift ordering and management of lift vendors, inventory support, and other project support as needed.Data Management
including data collection for financial reporting, managing project data within Company systems and tools, providing project reports to project teams as needed, participating in project-related internal and external meetings; assisting with project status reporting for internal and external customers; and establishing and maintaining positive cooperative working relationships with others, internally and externally.

- Some College, or Technical School or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 1 year relevant business experience
- Prefer prior experience or familiarity with ERP software applications
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
- Ability to offer solutions for process improvements
- Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
- Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
- Any relevant certifications a definite plus
