The OU Online Program Specialist 1 will provide support to online program directors, faculty and college administrators in helping navigate the program approval process and serving as a direct contact from start to launch for new OU Online programs. The Program Specialist will work with new and existing programs to schedule regular meetings with program directors, manage the relationship between key stakeholders, track enrollment data and courses offered, review and assess course surveys, coordinate marketing requests from marketing partners and help track student retention and graduation rates.

Bachelor's degree, AND:
- 36 months of experience in accounting, business, program management, or related experience.
Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months of related experience. Skills:
