Our client, a financial services company, located in Awahtukee is seeking motivated, driven individuals to join their organization to help customers with inquiries regarding online bill payment services, as well as to assist with fraudulent credit card activity.
High School Diploma or GED is preferred
Ability to provide exemplary customer service
Active listener, express willingness and displaying empathy towards our customers
Ability to maintain composure while dealing with difficult situations
Solid internet navigational skills are needed
Good verbal and written communication skills
At least 1 year of recent continuous call center experience
Steady job history
The successful candidate will have:
Solid computer skills with the abitlty to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Excellent telephone presence and etiquette.
A genuine desire to assist customers
Active listening skills
Ability to express empathy
Our Care Reps receive inbound calls from consumers making immediate, âBillMatrixâ payments. Payments are taken via the web or Interactive Voice Response system. In addition, we trouble shoot on failed payment attempts; provide confirmation of payments and respond to general payment questions. Provide assistance to customer inquiries regarding online Bill Pay service, eBills, etc. This team works directly with our billers and payees to research payment receipt, confirm correct payment addresses for checks, investigates fees that may have been assessed and responds to the biller and/or payees with their findings. We want our customers to receive a WOW experience. We want someone who has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express empathy to the customer. May also provide assistance in fraud department, researching and determining if fraud has occurred on the card, and suspending the card if so.
