Job Description: Full Desk Recruiter (Per Diem and/ or Travel Nurse Staffing)

Below is an overview of the qualifications, skills and job description of a full desk recruiter for APN Healthcare Solutions. JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Job Description 1. To source and recruit per diem, travel/ contract or permanent healthcare professionals into LTC/ SNF, hospitals, etc. 2. To gather and ensure proper temp credentials are in place prior to placement. 3. End to end account management. 4. To properly utilize ATS, job boards and agency scheduling system. 5. To visit facilities at least 2x a quarter. 6. To assist with collections per accounts receivable dept. request. Required Educational Qualification/Skills 1. Prior healthcare staffing background with at least 3 years of experience. 2. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree. 3. Enjoys communicating with various individuals. 4. Can do On Call rotation after hours, weekends and holidays. Additional Skills 1. Selling and Negotiation skills. 2. Excellent English communications skills. 3. Excellent organization and time management skills. 4. Computer literate.
