St Lukes Hospital Alternate Care Facility Project Manager
PAE provides an alternate care site (ACS) capability for caring for COVID-19 positive patients at St Luke’s Hospital in Phoenix. The Project Manager will lead efforts to:
- Outfit areas of the St. Luke’s Medical Center up to the AZDHS established maximum capacity of the facility
- Provide onsite clinical governance in accord with accepted state and and national norms
- Provide all agreed upon clinical and nonclinical services on a 24 hours per day basis, seven days per week for up to 230 patients at the St. Luke’s Medical Center ACS with a mix of patient acuity to be determined by the AZDHS
Conducts complex work important to the organization. Contributes to measurable team and/or organizational objectives.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Work is independent and collaborative in nature.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to come to a solution.
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Normally receives little to no instruction on day-to-day work and new work assignments
3+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree; 5+ years of relevant experience with Bachelors degree.
