Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Service Level Manager. This is a REMOTE position.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $101250.0 - $148500.0 a year.

In this role:

The Service Level Manager will be responsible for developing, implement and maintaining service level management processes across Eatons digital offering portfolio. This position will include working with existing SLM processes and the creation of new SLM processes, as well as driving SLA atainment in support of Eatons digital goals.

Assist in Creation and implementation of software service level agreements.

Lead in listing of all “services provided” aligned to SLA goals and relevant metrics.

Assist with Establishment and Lead maintenance of SLM framework.

Lead execution of a regular reporting cadence.

Assist with the implementation of service level metrics.

Create reporting dashboard for service level metrics.

Conduct service outage analysis process .

Establish technical support capacity management process.

Compare and analyze SLAs to market competitors.


Required Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited instiitution

  • 3-5 years experience with software service level management

  • Sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.



Technical knowledge:

Strong knowledge of JIRA.

Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow CRM Platforms.

Intermediate to Advanced understanding of some of Eaton key application(s).

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.

Familiarity with systems monitoring processes and technology.

Strong data analysis skills.

Soft skills:

Ability to be an influencer and drive cultural change

Strong organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize and multitask.

Excellent analysis and documentation skills.

Excellent communication (English oral and written) and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal relationship building and teamwork skills.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to critically assess information for relevance, accuracy and feasibility.
