Your responsibilities in this role - May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Receive and send written business correspondence - Receive and place telephone calls - Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Job Requirements

- Customer service and office administrative skills - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Proficient with computers and technology platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Word - Comprehensive knowledge of customer service - Expertise in data entry - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Excellent oral and written communication skills If you seek to deliver great customer outcomes and want to improve your customer service skills to deliver personalized service specific to individual customer needs, we want to hear from you now.
