Kelly Services is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Rancho Cordova.
Under direct supervision, the Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries pertaining to claims and benefit interpretation. Customer Service Representative assists prospective members, enrolled members, providers, employers, vendors, and other customers. This position is responsible for resolving all aspects of customer inquiries and complaints, for providing accurate and timely responses, and for entering accurate information into the customer database.
Must be flexible to work an 8hr shift between 6am - 8:00pm M-Sat
$15.72 per hour (additional $0.70 to eligible candidates upon passing Spanish Bilingual exam and receiving incoming calls in Spanish.)
Training:Training will be 6 weeks long- 100% attendance is required
Schedule for training is M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
Training Classes begin in OCTOBER
Spanish Bilingual: Strongly preferred but not mandatory
6 months call center experience or 1 year of customer service (call center experienced strongly preferred)
Computer knowledgeable - Typing speed of 30 WPM minimum
Passionate believer in providing superior customer service
Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and second language
High School Diploma or GED
