RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh, PA. Summary: The contractor will be aligned to BBVA acquisition work. As a part of pre-employment screenings, all employees must be screened against four Enforcement Action databases (FDIC, FRB, OCC (including the OTS Archive List) and NCUA). An automated Bot screens names of all employees to determine if there is a potential name match within one or more of the databases. All potential matches, hits, are then analyzed to determine if the employee will need to be further vetted. Essentially, the candidate will start with a list of names and an initial bot search comes back clean or issue. If issue, they would go out to a site(s), input name and then do some digging into why it might of shown up. Here is where there would be a little bit of detective work to determine why a hit came back. They will be given instructions of essentially "if this, then that" and know when to escalate. This work can be tedious at times and the ideal candidate would want to be comfortable doing analysis and repetetive work. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data output of all potential name matches to determine if the match will require further vetting based on documented criteria for hits (utilizing spreadsheet data and the EAD websites)
  • Document results of the analysis within Excel spreadsheet
  • When a name match is found, create a document in Word containing information about the name match
  • There are 5 total databases that are searched

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic Excel & Word skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable doing repetitive processes
  • Comfortable doing searches/research, analysis
  • Ability to follow instructions and use good judgement
  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
