Growing Company Seeks Customer Service Representative!

Further your skills as a Customer Service Representative in the expanding Manufacturing industry through this exciting opportunity at OfficeTeam. This short-term temporary-to-full-time Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Your responsibilities

- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Receive and place telephone calls
- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Experience with Microsoft Office required

- Strong computer skills including customer database systems

- Computer Data Entry experience

- SAP experience

- Strong familiarity with order entry

- Microsoft Office experience preferred

- Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience preferred

- Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
