Full Job Description
Busy business owner is seeking full time personalized assistant and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the owner's working communications.
Responsibilities
*Act as the point of contact between the owner external clients
*Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
*Handle requests and queries appropriately
*Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
*Source office supplies
*Maintain office filing system
*More general responsibilities include: filing, making phone calls, email organization, updating files, reading and replying to emails, internet research and general office duties, running local errands, i.e. post office, UPS Store, store returns, etc.

Skills
*Proven work experience as a personal assistant
*Must have strong Outlook and email skills.
*Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
*MS Office and English proficiency
*Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
*Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*Discretion and confidentiality
*High School degree
