Occupational Health Nurse - Full Time - Tuesday to Friday 6am to 4pm

Are you passionate about providing top-notch medical care and support in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated part time Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Expert Medical Oversight: Offer the highest standard of medical oversight for disability cases and facilitate smooth return-to-work protocols.
  2. Personalized Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of our employees.
  3. Care Coordination: Collaborate with local resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for our team members.
  4. Results Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews for annual health assessments, providing valuable insights for employee well-being.
  5. Collaboration with EHS Team: Work closely with our Environmental Health and Safety team to enhance employee health and safety measures.

Qualifications:

  1. Nurse with a valid license in Colorado/USA.
  2. 5 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health.
  3. Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols.
  4. Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
