REMOTE* Customer Service Representative

Location Orlando, FL

Pay: $12.00/hr - 12.50 for bilingual

Duration: 3 months (contract with potential to be hired on perm)

Anticipated Start Date: 11.02

Hours/OT: 40 Hours a week - OT will be available

Need to be available Monday-Friday between 8:00am-8:00pm

Job Description:

Acts as customer advocate in providing enrollment capabilities and sales assistance for callers wishing to enroll in one of our Medicare products.
Ensure compliance with all CMS requirements during sales presentations.
Enroll interested individuals
Acquire thorough knowledge of plan products and ability to communicate in easily understandable manner to prospects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all promotional campaigns and develop working knowledge of departmental systems and software.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of call center experience
  • EXCELLENT with computer systems and communications skills
  • High School Diploma/GED
