Director, Strategic Accounts with Security Clearance
The Director, Strategic Accounts will develop solutions for proposals and lead the overall solutioning and strategy for large capture efforts
This includes guiding teams to draft solutions for all areas of a business opportunity / proposal (technical, management, staffing, transition, cost, teaming), writing/drawing technical approaches to be used in technical volumes, and integrating these aspects for a synchronized winning offering to the customer
The Director, Strategic Accounts will act as capture manager and work collaboratively with the program/ portfolio managers, subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive win strategy, shaping, solutioning, and proposing integrated winning solutions for new business and re-competes in our market areas
Duties:
• Serves as account portfolio lead and connect technical solutions and delivery across the portfolio programs.
• Collaborate with the core capture team to lead the discovery of customer missions, challenges and ANALYGENCE capabilities, gaps to recommend teaming, shaping and potential strengths-based solutions as applicable.
• Conceptualize, develop, communicate, and propose solutions that will drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom-line results.
• Work with clients in both a long-lead and tactical capacity to help solve their critical needs and challenges.
• These solutions may require knowledge of hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures, aerospace, communications, cyber, electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, or other specialized engineering domains to design, develop, and support integrated solutions for DOD/DHS clients
You will work with SMEs in many of these areas to determine the optimum approach, methodology, tools, architectures to develop an innovative, integrated & comprehensive technical and non-technical solution.
• In partnership with others, you will define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design and interface definitions, define system implementation approaches and operational concepts.
• Lead proposal technical volumes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related major.
• 10+ years' experience specifically leading, developing, shaping, and writing solutions for large proposal efforts.
• Active DoD or DHS Top Secret.
• Technical certifications preferred such as SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, and CISSP
• Must have demonstrated experience developing and solutioning for winning proposals for new and re-compete business pursuits, capture activities and proposal efforts.
• Must have lead and authored portions of the Technical and/or Management Volumes of proposals for the Federal Government.
• Awareness of a breadth of current technologies and capabilities employed in the Federal Government, sufficient to grasp the technical details from a SME and integrate the relevant aspects into a comprehensive solution.
• Ability to identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps when the technical solutions are discussed/ presented by different SMEs/vendors
At least awareness, some knowledge or expertise in any or some of the technologies, frameworks to include (but not limited to) Software Architecture, Cloud, Data Analytics, Cyber, and Intelligence.
• Awareness or mastery in various Software Development methodologies spanning Agile to Waterfall, DevSecOps etc.
• Knowledge of Defensive/Offensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO/OCO).
• Awareness and experience solutioning for integrated solution that include products, Hardware, software engineering and sustainment services.
• Must have experience working front-end solutioning with clients to include assessing needs from requirements (SOW, SOO, PWS, other Draft material), good communication and relationship skills, determining pain points and key client needs, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience interacting/ presenting to executive/ senior management
