REMOTE Land Development Project Manager (P.E. Required)

LVI Associates Orlando, FL (Remote) Full-Time

A multidisciplinary and privately owned engineering firm, with 1,500+ talented employees across 40+ locations, who have been voted as a "Best Places to Work", a top 100 ENR rated firm and the top 50 coolest places to work by Crain Magazine. Is looking for a number of land development professional engineers across Florida, in any of their 10 offices around the state, or Fully Remote.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THEIR FLORIDA P.E. LICENSE

Duties

As a Civil Engineer Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving our firm's growth, overseeing land development projects, and leading a team of engineers and designers.

Project Management:

  • Lead project teams, ensuring successful completion and strong client relationships.
  • Manage contracts, administration, and project coordination.

Technical Expertise:

  • Apply expertise in potable water, wastewater systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
  • Guide projects from entitlement to construction.

Permitting and Entitlements:

  • Handle permitting across various agencies, with a focus on local experience.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines for diverse developments.

Client Engagement:

  • Support marketing efforts and build strong client and agency relationships.

Team Leadership:

  • Train and mentor team members for professional growth and project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
  • FL Professional Engineering License
  • Experience on a wide range of land development projects
  • 10 + years of Site Development
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, ICPR4 knowledge preferred.
