Overview

    Provide technical guidance and direction, leadership, and logistical support for the repair department and repair technicians, this includes technical assistance, training, workload scheduling, customer issues, back up support, inventory control, and enforcement of departmental standards

  • Provide technical support to technicians
  • Prioritization of workload for technicians
  • Inventory control
  • In-depth analysis and reporting
  • Back up for repairs
  • Phone support
  • Assistance in developing training program
  • Implementation of 5S, ESD, and safety guidelines
  • Any other assignments as required


Qualifications

Education

  • in Technical Degree focus in Mechanical required
  • in Military Electronics training required
  • 2 years college/Associates degree focus in Mechanics preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 - 7 years prior experience in Mechanics and supervisory or group leader experience required

Skills

  • Advanced circuit and component level troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP preferred
