At Empire Today, our Inside Sales Dept. works on all orders that have been written and any concerns that may arise up until installation. Our team handles pricing concerns, product concerns and project concerns, etc. We are the heart and soul of the sales division.
Responsibilities
Do you have a great can-do-attitude and can strive in a competitive sales environment?
The Outbound Sales Associate contacts potential customers selling our products over the phone. They master all applicable rebuttals and price drop tools and successfully utilize these to close the sale within pricing parameters. The Outbound Sales Associate maintains established conversion goals daily and acceptable installation rates.

Eligible States: While this is a remote position you must live in the following states:

Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will possess:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Telemarketing and sales experience.
- Selling skills and rebuttal management.
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Great phone personality.
- Proactive and highly motivated.
- High speed internet is a must to accommodate working remote.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
