Accounts Payable Resolutionist

Advantage Staffing is recruiting for an A/P Resolutionist for a company in Lafayette.

Below are the job duties:

 -          Handle all incoming mail as well as all e-mails sent to AP inbox

 -          Research invoice inquiries and other vendor inquiries

 -          Review and verify all invoices for accuracy

 -          File invoices after entry by AP clerks

 -          Match invoices to checks/ACH remittances after payment runs

 -          Interact with external and internal personnel on a regular basis

 -          All other duties needed to support AP

 
Qualities/Experience:

 -          Lawson experience preferred but not required

 -          AP experience in a fast paced environment

 -          Multitasking abilities

-          DETAIL ORIENTATION

 -          Self-starter (must have the ability to take initiative)
