Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required - 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Proven computer skills - No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Solid understanding of customer service - Data entry experience preferred - Deep understanding of order entry - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - Strong communication and social skills If you seek to deliver great customer outcomes and want to improve your customer service skills to deliver personalized service specific to individual customer needs, we want to hear from you now.
