Physical Therapist
Seeking a positive and enthusiastic Physical Therapist. Workplace provides a collaborative environment that values business excellence, gratitude, positive energy, and servant leadership to help our patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
- Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, health and wellness, and proper exercise techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the whole person.
Qualifications:
- Must have a current Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and compassionate attitude towards patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required.
