Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, health and wellness, and proper exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the whole person.

 
Qualifications:

• Must have a current Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and compassionate attitude towards patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required.
