Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

The Territory Managers’ primary responsibility will be to provide sales service and support to targeted end users and consultants, to identify project opportunities and to generate demand for Hubbell end to end solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet/exceed overall quota while driving HPS market share growth
• Manage distributor relations
• Assist RVP and / or Sr. Territory Manager in establishing territory strategies
• Manage key end-market accounts
• Maximize product approvals for all product lines
• Recommend alliance prospects to RVP
• Develop and execute account plans
• Analyze market for new business opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Ability to travel on business related trips; ability to move to various locations within the Company
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with excellent presentation skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Five (+) years of related sales and territory management experience is needed.
- MS Office Proficient
Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering General
