Long Term Contract
This team provides new and upgraded functionality to critical CRM applications including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and other internal sales and credit platforms. This role will collaborate with business and technology cross functional teams for requirements and design. The role will take ambiguous and complex business problems and using research and business assessment capabilities, assist in problem definition, drive innovative ideas, and document designs into consumable artifacts following an agile development process.
CRM experience on a technical team - Salesforce highly preferred
Liaison between client area and technical organization by analyzing complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet business requirements.
Work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Experience mapping data fields for integrations.
Data validation using SQL queries
Strong integration experience incorporating various systems to CRM
Create technical documentation, process flows or other collateral
Experience in an Agile development team
Experience using Jira
Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM experience
