Automotive Fixed Operations Director


A leading dealership in the Alabama/Florida Panhandle area
is hiring for an experienced Fixed Operations Director, who will be responsible for all operations within the service department: setting policy and processes, managing technicians, service advisors, managing staff training and insuring great customer service.

Responsibilities - Fixed Operations Director:

  • Ensures that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Serves as a liaison between technicians, customers, and other department managers
  • Takes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Manages technicians and service advisors
  • Manages staff training
  • Ensures customer has a positive dealership experience

Qualifications - Fixed Operations Director:

  • Experience managing in a high-volume dealership is required
  • Must have a proven record of cost effect strategies and customer service scores
  • Strong leadership abilities in a high-volume setting are required
  • Technical automotive knowledge
  • DealerTrack Experience is a PLUS!
  • Provides exceptional customer experience
  • Warranty processing knowledge
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
