Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from customers
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Must have a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Product required knowledge to assist specific questions
  • Quick response to emails and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and functions
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Department Managers

Problem Resolution

  • Manage troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships Solve problems quickly using sound judgment
  • Monitor issues to ensure resolution in a timely fashion
  • Research and resolve discrepancy issues

Service

  • Investigate, formulate and resolve solutions to issues
  • Keep management informed of all escalating issues
  • Weekly updates to Department Manager/s

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills in terms of speaking and writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer experience, preferably with all Microsoft applications is required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

              High school diploma or GED required.

              Prior warehouse experience or clerical duties is preferred, but not required.

              One to three years related experience and/or training; or some equivalent combination of education and experience.
