Job Description

This customer service role is for you! You will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients as well as customers. Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Redirect the calls to the appropriate department, prioritize and manage all client/customer inquiries to ensure 100% satisfaction, and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel. Requirements: 1-2 years of related experience, ability to multi task, data entry skills, proficient in MS Outlook, word, excel, multi line telephone knowledge, superb communication skills, critical thinking skills, and social perceptiveness.
