Job Description


We are seeking candidates for an exciting, second shift, Machine Operator, temp-to-hire opportunity in the Middleton area. The schedule for this position is 03:00PM to 01:00AM, Monday through Thursday with a pay rate of $16.20/hr. Now is the chance to secure steady, long-term employment at a well-established manufacturing company.   • Produce materials through use of complex machines
  • Able to work with pleater and gluer machines
  • Must assist working in sanding area
  • Able to pleat and glue material to specifications
  • Assess work needs through review of work orders and communicate with prior shift
  • Set up machines (use tape measure, place rolls on machine, insure adequate glue supply, etc.)
  • Monitor and adjust machine through use of computer and air pressure adjustments.
  • Inspect final product for quality
  • Package material and stage final product for shipping


  • Must be able to learn all machines in department
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year manufacturing experience
  • Able to read tape measurements
  • Must be able to work all overtime as needed
