What does this job involve?
We’re currently looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be the face and voice of a large shopping centre in Perth’s Western Suburbs! Our ideal candidate will be a people person who can multi-task, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities, and thrives in a customer service environment.
In this busy and varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, contractors, retailers and staff members, and would work closely alongside the Admin Manager and Marketing Manager to provide ongoing support.
A snapshot of the role;
- Manning reception switchboard, answering calls promptly and professionally
- Greeting clients, customers and suppliers who enter the office
- General administrative duties for the Marketing Manager, Operations Manner or Centre Manager
- Collecting and distributing the mail, and arranging couriers
- Maintain and update all Shopping Centre registers e.g. phone and contact lists, key registers, lost property etc
- Updating of the website when required
What are we looking for?
You’ll possess the ability to multi-task, have strong computer knowledge and excellent organisational skills. Additionally, you’ll be professionally presented, well-spoken and proactive in problem solving. You’re an active and engaged team member, who is eager to learn and grow.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, but a good attitude and willingness to learn will also be highly regarded!
