Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for helping clients achieve their overall strategy through the innovative use of various funding alternatives. Possess and share with the client and other members of the client team expert knowledge of business finance and the products and services associated therewith. Interact regularly with clients in an effort to proactively understand their goals, their current performance, and their needs. The LCOII uses this client knowledge to assess the appropriateness of existing solutions and to propose optimal financing alternatives or additional financing solutions.  The LCOII manages the credit approval process from structuring and prescreening with Global Corporate Aircraft Finance sales staff through credit approval and documentation of the approval. The position involves significant exposure to the financial analysis of High Net Worth Individuals.

Proactively partners with client teams to plan key credit relationship strategy focusing on balance of risk and reward.  Directly accountable for managing credit quality and the approval process through interaction with Risk Management Officers.  Responsibilities will include interacting with financing product specialists for the Global Corporate Aircraft Finance product group.

Preferred Education:

Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred

Preferred Prior Work Experience: 

5-7 years’ experience in banking, leasing or finance industry with significant credit experience

Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Extensive experience in the analysis and structuring of highly complex transactions.
  • Ability to analyze High Net Worth Individuals’ financial statements, business and personal tax returns as well as business financial statements to assess clients ability to repay loans/leases.
  • Strong credit and risk analysis skills.
  • Strong presentation, structuring, and financial statement analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to identify trends and emerging risks in underwriting and client selection.
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret and negotiate third party documentation.
  • Customer service.
  • Portfolio Management Responsibilities – Prepare annual reviews, proactively monitor and service a portfolio of accounts on a frequent basis.
  • Problem solving/Risk Mitigation.
  • Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Organization
  • Teamwork
  • Results oriented, is able to accomplish objectives in a specified timeframe.         
  • Travel 10-20%
