CorTech is seeking to hire a Documentation Specialist for our client in Gainesville, GA!
Pay rate: 20.68
Duties:
8am – 5pm w/ 1 hour lunch; Mon - Fri
2 month contract
We’re looking for someone with razor sharp attention to detail, strong organization skills, initiative, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance to support our Quality Assurance department at the animal pharmaceutical facility in Gainesville, GA. Major activities include management of SOP lifecycles/workflows in electronic documentation system, the receipt, logging, and filing of GMP documentation, plus creation and management of logbooks.
Management of SOP lifecycles/workflows: Initiate workflows in electronic documentation system upon receipt of revision requests for all controlled document types (SOPs, forms, Quality Standards, etc.). Monitor workflow status and progress workflows through system to assist with timely completion.
Document Management (controlled documents, batch packet documents): Receive completed paper GMP documentation records and log into tracking system. Once logged, appropriately file paper records in the Documentation Center. Box up records for archiving and record archiving details into tracking system.
Logbook Management: Prepare logbook pages and create bound logbooks.
Training on Internal BI policies on Records Management, Logbook Management, Training, Information Protection.
Must be able to follow precise instructions with high attention to detail and minimal oversight. Must balance priorities of several ongoing activities. Understanding of pharmaceutical GMP and GDPs is strongly preferred, due to the technical nature of the documents being managed.
Skills:
Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing documentation, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel and Word.
Use and management of Document Management System.
The individual must be very detail oriented and able to follow precise instructions. Must be able to manage a workload of several assigned tasks.
Education:
Minimum of High School diploma or GED, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience
