Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a temp to perm position in Freeport, NY!
Accuracy is needed as you will be working with invoices and must make sure accurate charges are being charged by the contractor.
Will handle a high volume of calls while putting thousands of invoice slips through the operating system.
Work Schedule:
• Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shift. If you work on Sunday your hours will be 9am - 6:00pm. If you work on Saturday the hours will be 11am - 9:00pm.
• 40 hours per week, plus available overtime, plus some evening hours are required occasionally.
Required:
Normal hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • A few times each month: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. during the week

Successful candidates will possess:
• Friendly and professional phone and customer service skills
• Strong follow-up skills
• A keen eye for detail
• A drive to rapidly master knowledge of Company services and systems
• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic PC & office equipment knowledge (Word and Excel).
• A minimum typing speed: 40 WPM

Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
