Job Title: Analytics Marketing Consultant 

Location: Basking Ridge New Jersey 

Contract: 6+ Months 

JOB DUTIES:
We are hiring a Data-Driven Planning and Strategy consultant to help shape the planning and optimization testing roadmap on the CLIENT site. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing data and insights, along with competitive analysis and UX framework guidelines to drive the execution for the working team. The candidate will also provide recommendations based on emerging trends and opportunities within the market.

He/She will work very closely with business stakeholders to leverage data, prioritize the most impactful opportunities, and present solutions for cohesive user experience. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with digital optimization/A/B testing and best practices, and excellent communication skills.

Research and gather insights to develop well-informed strategic plans for optimization
Monitor roadmaps, test schedules, in-flight tests, and provide recommendations to test stakeholders.
Collaborate with other internal organizations, channels, agencies, and 3rd party partners to identify opportunities.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 3+  years of digital optimization and A/B testing experience
• Proven experience as a strategic planner or business consultant
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree or six or more  years of work experience

REQUIRED SHIFT:

• M-F: 9:00 am - 5:00 p
