Human Resources Administrator/Recruiter   Duties: - Prepare written position announcements - Screen applications to determine if applicants meet position minimum qualifications and notify applicants of decision - Arrange hiring interviews to include - Prepare interview questions and packets - Monitor and score interviews - Submit recommendation for hire and initiate the hiring process - Update all agency job descriptions and confirm physical requirements - Participating in recruitment efforts - Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications - Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process - Collecting employment and tax information - Ensuring background and reference checks are compel Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.   Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - 1 - 3 years of Human Resources experience - Degree preferred - Bilingual Spanish is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
