The Commercial Cleaner - Flex Associate position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

As a team member, you will be expected to clean commercial and industrial properties. We service clients throughout San Diego, so it requires a willingness to commute, and having a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Professionals must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to remove dirt, debris, and dust from floors and other surfaces.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces and mirrors.
- Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
- Wipe down kitchen appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease, and grime.
- Regularly empty wastebaskets and dispose of all rubbish.
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on facility needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals while following safety guidelines.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail for maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
- Time management to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Adaptability to changing cleaning schedules and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Must be energetic and have a good attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Be able to move small furniture when necessary.
