CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company, is seeking a Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer (Payroll). This position has the ability to be performed remotely from a home office.
The role will support the development of an Oracle HCM ERP to support Army Non-appropriated activities. The ideal candidate has experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules focused on HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Keeping.
Duties:
* The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll conversion developer will work with payroll project leadership to complete project deliverables and execute conversion activities.
* Resource will be responsible for supporting conversion mapping discussions with partners, creating/updating data conversion templates, building and testing conversion programs (including executing mock conversions).
* The payroll conversion developer will research conversion issues during the test phase, determine the root cause and take corrective action to ensure a clean conversion with a low percentage of data errors.
* The conversion developer will suggest opportunities for quality and/or process improvements.
* Will follow all data security protocols and enforce protocols for all members of the payroll conversion team.
* The developer will be hands on and is expected to complete their own assignments on time and with quality.
Required Skills
* Other experience can include BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDL, UCM or other cloud-based tools such as MFT (managed file transfer)
* Ability to obtain Security + within 6 months
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Required Experience
* CALIBRE is not providing sponsorship at this time.
* Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 6 months. Training and boot camp support is provided.
* 3 - 5 years of extensive experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) with in the Oracle HCM Cloud in HR, Payroll, Absence Management.
* 3 years of experience with Oracle BI Publisher.
* Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Extracts and Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI).
* Prior large scale deployment of Oracle HCM in a cloud based environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
* DoD experience preferred.
