Our a large client base of entrepreneurs, start-up companies, hedge funds, and venture capital funds. As globalization of businesses and high net worth families are moving in and out of USA our firm is developing a new breadth of expertise in cross-border taxation.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in public accounting
- Solid knowledge of 1040. Knowledge of 1065, 1120, and 1120S is a plus
- International forms such as 1040NR, 5471, 1120F is a plus
- CPA preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task and be agile
- Team player
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships internally and externally
