Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced sales team.  The Sales Administrative Assistant will support the Sales VP and the National Sales Manager.  You will be the glue that keeps this sales team organized!

Responsibilities for the Sales Administrative Assistant:
  • Book travel and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage expenses and submit expense reports
  • Manage and respond to day-to-day business requests
  • Develop and distribute weekly reports 
  • Work closely with customer service and e-commerce departments 
  • Work closely with product development department

Qualifications for the Sales Administrative Assistant:
  • 2+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office- with an emphasis on Excel
  • Previous experience supporting Management/Executive/Director 
  • Experience with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Degree
