Role: Dot Net Full Stack Developer with Strong Azure

Location: Charlotte NC

3 Days Hybrid from Day 1

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Dot Net Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. As a Dot Net Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external-facing web applications. This person will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers, and business resources to build enterprise systems that improve business productivity and support business operations. The candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and how to integrate them into our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in requirements analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
  • Test and deploy applications and systems
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  • Improve existing software
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Ensure the best possible performance and quality of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
  • Work with Azure cloud services and integrate them with various applications
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC))
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
  • Experience with Azure, including Web Apps, Azure SQL, Service Bus, WebJobs, Azure Functions, and Azure Managed Identity
  • Experience with continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Able to work well in a team setting
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
  • Experience with scalable cloud applications
  • Proficiency in building web applications and APIs in Azure
  • Experience with live production environments
  • Familiarity with the Azure CLI and Powershell scripts
