
We are working with a client in the Woodland Hills area with a Payroll Assistant role. This person is 1 of 4 supporting the Payroll Supervisor.
They are taking the next 5-6 months to re-evaluate the workflow of the department to assess what the team should look like moving forward.
This role doesn't handle payroll from a timekeeping/processing standpoint, it's more of an administrative role supporting all employee changes in their HRIS/payroll systems: new hires/terminations, pay rate changes, title changes, address changes, etc. The team work through a Ticketing System where the tickets are in a queue and they take turns clearing out the requests. They also work on Tricore (payroll system) and MS Word/Excel, but they are willing to train on all thier systems.
1-2 years of payroll experience is required
