Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search for the position of Senior Electrical Engineer in St. Louis, Missouri.
Senior Electrical Engineer PE Compensation and Benefits
Base salary for the Senior Electrical Engineer in St. Louis, MO is between $150,000 - $175,000 depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Senior Electrical Engineer PE Duties & Responsibilities
- Design of public and private development projects
- Preparation of drawings & specifications
- Opportunity to actively work on concrete, steel, wood and light-gage designs
- Interaction with in-house architectural and MEP project team members
- Interaction directly to facility owners
- Client facing leadership position
Senior Electrical Engineer PE Qualifications
- PE registered
- 8-10 years of structural design experience
- Structural analysis software experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (Preferred)
- Ability to work on several projects concurrently
- Demonstrated communication skills
Preferred but Not Necessary
- College degree preferred
- Experience with design/build
