Assume the day-to-day Employee Relations support to US Capital Markets, its Human Resources partners and people managers.

Client Details

Join one of North Americas leading diversified financial services companies, and provide personal and commercial banking, wealth management, insurance, investor services and capital markets products and services on a global basis.


  • Partner with HR and people managers to address ER issues in the workplace
  • Conduct workplace investigations and respond to employee complaints
  • Assist HR and businesses with disciplinary actions, terminations and reorganizations/reductions- in- force
  • Partner with HR and legal to mitigate risk associated with terminations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee complaints
  • Ensure businesses receive high quality ER services
  • Conduct Respectful Workplace Trainings for US managers and provide HR information sessions and trainings for business leaders as needed
  • Maintain ER's Service Now issue tracking system, provide on-going reporting, metrics and process improvement plans including best practices for documentation
  • Partner with global and US colleagues on reporting requests and projects


  • A minimum of 6 years ER experience in conducting investigations and resolving workplace conflicts
  • Working knowledge of US employment laws, rules and regulations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong ability to partner and collaborate well with HR colleagues, risk partners and stakeholders
  • Organizational awareness and achievement motivation
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills
  • College degree and HR certification preferred
