An exciting new opportunity to join a growing national staffing service provider! We are seeking an experienced skilled trades recruiter to join our Arizona team that is experiencing monumental growth.
Recruit, screen, and interview applicants on a daily basis for our most important customers. Build pipeline of skilled trade candidates.
Interact with customers extensively as the secondary contact to establish a strong, trusting relationship. Visit sites and meet with hiring managers to build rapport and understand intricate skilled trade positions.
Work with customers to set up interviews, complete onboarding process, and meet client expectations.
Provide support to the Branch Manager and the Sales Manager for a wide range of events that occur daily in our industry.
A stable work history and 3+ years in the recruiting field, working with skilled trades in the manufacturing and light industrial verticals.
Knowledge of Aerospace/Manufacturing terms and specific machines.
Excellent work ethic with the ability to focus on multiple tasks.
Embrace change and flexibility in daily tasks.
Must present a professional image and demeanor at all times.
